London's 7th Birthday

My birthday kids get to pick out what to eat for every meal on their birthdays. For breakfast, London wanted anything that Kamryn would make for her. So, Kamryns specialty are pancakes/waffles and that is what London got. However, these pancakes were found on pinterest and they are birthday cake pancakes. WOW...I don't really recommend making these though. They were loaded with sugar, sugar, sugar. Not a great way to start a day. But, London loved them and that's what matters.

She decorated herself. ;)

Don't look too closely at her cupcakes. The top one was actually a butterfly, but the white chocolate wings broke. Then Sullivan kept stealing off a marshmallow here and there and sticking his fingers in the frosting. Actually, I consider the cupcake art attempt a complete fail. I even attempted to put a cute pink heart inside the cupcake (as seen on pinterest) and it was a complete fail...looked like a pink blob. Oh well...I tried and a lotta love went into these even if they don't look it.

Opening presents...

Not that great of a picture, but you can see the kids had fun throwing confetti everywhere.

Me and my girl! Please excuse my messy shirt, it was obviously a long day. ;)

I love my London girl!

Lagoon

We attended our nephews baptism in Utah over the weekend and ended up spending a day at Lagoon with the kids and Aunt Ashley.

Jeff won the kids each a fish...too bad it costs $5 per fish.

Trapped

He likes to spray the hose at me. I patiently wait inside watching from the windows. I tease him by opening the door and then he starts spraying the water again. It was all fun and games until it was time to turn off the water.

My poor second child, she's never owned a bike of her own. She's had some hand me down bikes, one of which I ran over a couple of years ago. She was 6 years old, almost 7 and didn't know how to ride a two wheeler. So, we went out and bought a brand new bike. London asked her Dad to help teach her how to ride and he said he would but he had to go inside to do something really quick. By the time he returned (5 min.), she had taught herself how to ride. I guess when you are that old you just pick it up easier. She's loved it though, loves to exercise and this is a great way to do it.
