Memories

I saw this on my friend's blog and had fun with it...

Here is a fun little game... leave a comment on my blog of a memory that you and I have had together. It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time or a long time, anything that you remember! Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It is pretty funny to read the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you are playing and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. On your mark... get set... blog those memories!

The first memory that pops into my head was that awesome 4th of July a few years back and the Cracklin' Balls and BBQ!

Yes, I have memories of us together. I still remember the first day we met you...three year old Kammi and barely one London. Our little girls were so little!

I remember when you bought your white car and thinking...what a cool ride!!

I remember the day we came to talk to you about the job here in Jerome.

I remember when you came to Jerome to scope it out and we walked over to the park. That was fun!!

I remember our trip to Boise....oh boy! :) But seriously, you and I need to do that again soon!

I'm so glad to call you my friend and I'm excited for all the new memories! :) Aww...now I'm getting all sappy. LOL!

Have a good afternoon!

I remember...hee hee hee. I remember a lot of things. I remember how good of a sport you were dressing up with a towel around your neck for halloween. I remember going to your apartment for a party and having a lot of sugar (and fun) :). I remember your emails when you were waiting to go on your mission, visits before and after Jeff left (one in particular--where we missed a lot of conference :)), visiting you on Temple Square, hearing your "homecoming talk" (they're saying goodbye to their friend :)--classic), making movies, holidays, when Kammi was born, visiting you in your ICU room after London was born, laughter, tears, and much more that would take up your entire comments page to write (some that I choose not to disclose in a public sector :) ).

Hmm...lots of memories! I remember driving up to Rexburg in your Pathfinder and singing "Roller Coaster" and hanging out with you and Jeff that night. That was fun! I remember having to use double sided tape to keep our dresses on at your wedding. =) I remember when you were shutting Smokey's head in the door and didn't know why it wouldn't shut. I remember your face when you came home from Boise with Kammi and saw your house decorated. I have tons more, but won't write them here.

Looks like you have a lot of good memories with great friends. Hmmmm, what memory should I choose...I hope this one doesn't upset you...what a way to begin, right? It's one of my first memories of you. Anyway, I remember the day after your accident and your mom called Mick and I because we were right there in Richland. I remember visiting you in the hospital and witnessing how much love and concern was around you. I remember watching you struggle through all your trials during recovery and that's when I first really learned what a wonderful, STRONG, faithful, amazing woman you are. I just think you are the neatest person ever and I'm happy to be part of your family. :)

I remember when you showed me how to use an inhaler. That was a lot of fun. Wasn't the mission the greatest?!

Jodi...you are so sweet. Nah, that doesn't upset me a bit. I really like to look back and think about the whole car accident situation. And, I didn't know you guys visited me in the hospital...I must have been really out of it. Anyway, thanks for supporting me and my family during that trial. It means a lot to me that you barely knew me yet went out of your way to come and see me.
